Big Ant brings back Tennis games with AO Tennis on Current-Gen

Melbourne-based sports game developer Big Ant Studios has finally released the first tennis game on Xbox One and Ps4. It’s the first tennis game officially licensed to the Australian Open, each stadium used in the Australian Open was recreated for the game.

According to Big Ant Studios the game will be the first of its kind to be developed using statistical match play data for each of the dozens of licensed players it will feature. In games like Virtua Tennis and Top Spin, the biggest challenge was to beat “World #1” and here Big Ant has raised the bar with Next-level A.I. AO Tennis also features 3D scanned player likenesses and authentic play styles, it will also feature the extensive customization options. There’s also an in-depth player creator, which allows players to share their players online.. The game also features a Career mode where we’ll be able to create our own players, sponsorship logos, clothing, and even stadiums to play in. The player will need to work his way from being ranked 1500th in the world to number one.The list of players that have completed full photogrammetry and are included in the game via a day one patch are:

  1. Rafael Nadal
  2. David Goffin
